My helmet collection focus is 1977-modern day but I make exceptions for historical significance.  All are game used.

This version of the helmet is a flat red color as opposed to the next version which was a little glittery.  It doesn't show in the pictures well, but the paint type is different.

I may not have the exact year right, but at some point around 1999 the helmet paint went from flat to sparkly with a glittery red.  Not quite as glittery as the 2003 helmet.  If anyone knows when this paint change occurred for sure please let me know.
